Join us and indulge in a feast fit for a King.

We are passionate about food, and our thoughtfully crafted menus allow you to choose from a wide selection of nourishing dishes, which change with the seasons. We proudly support local producers, artisans and British farmers, with many of our ingredients being sourced from the estates’ orchards and kitchen gardens.

Our charming teams at both venues will look after your every need, be it those extra couple of croissants whilst breakfasting in the Library, or a top up of English Sparking during your garden tour. Nothing is too much trouble.

The Main Event ​

Braised short rib of beef, garlic & thyme potato rosti, chimichurri, hispi cabbage, red wine sauce

 

Pan seared chicken breast, crushed baby potatoes, asparagus with lemon gremolata, tarragon cream

Berkshire venison bourguignon with mushrooms, celeriac mash, maple glazed carrots, parsnips

Roast seabass fillet, gratin potato, confit garlic greens, roast cherry tomatoes and basil oil

To Finish

Vanilla panna cotta, poached rhubarb, lavender shortbread crumble

 

Fabulous flourless chocolate torte, ginger crumb, crème fraiche

 

Walled garden apple crumble, cream or vanilla custard

Passionfruit, mango and raspberry pavlova, berry coulis
