The Venue

Englefield House sits at the heart of the 14,000 acre Englefield Estate, close to Reading in Berkshire and just an hour’s drive from London. As you head through the majestic lodge gates and along the stunningly grand driveaway, you pass the enchanting 12th century church, before the vista of the imposing mansion becomes apparent. You would be forgiven for thinking you are in the most rural of Counties and not 30 miles from Heathrow airport.

The House and grounds have featured in numerous films and TV programmes, including Netflix's ‘The Crown’, Disney’s ‘Cruella’, ‘X Men First Class’, ‘The King’s Speech’ and most recently, Netflix Blockbuster 'The Thursday Murder Club'.

Englefield Estate offers plenty of on site parking, is located just five minutes from Theale train station and also offers a helicopter landing facility.
